Welcome to Trinity Sauna! 

We, Chet and Andrea, are excited to bring an amazing sauna experience to the twin cities!  Both of us have worked in the health and fitness industry for the majority of our careers.  Seeing firsthand the benefits of sauna, both physical and mental, we knew we needed to grow the accessibility of quality sauna in our community.

Trinity features the traditional Nordic cycle of heating up in the wood-fired sauna, cooling down with refreshing cold exposure, and finally some quiet relaxation.
