Preparing For Your Sauna Session
01
Hydrate
Start by hydrating well in the hours leading up to your session.
Saunas are deeply relaxing but can be dehydrating, so it’s good to come in with plenty of water in your system.
02
Get Dressed
For the best sauna experiences, we recommend wearing a swim suit. You are also welcome to wear shorts and a t-shirt or athletic top.

There is a warm changing room in the sauna and hooks for your belongings.

Slides or flip flops are great for going in and out of the sauna.
03
Pack Your Bag
Be sure to bring a filled water bottle!

You'll need two bath or beach towels - one for the sauna and one to dry off. If you want to save yourself the laundry, you can rent Trinity towels for your session.

Optional additions are a robe or blanket to use by the fire and snacks/beverages.

04
Plan Ahead
Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine immediately before your session, as these can make the sauna feel overly intense.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early for your session so you can get settled and comfortable, easing into your experience.
